Robbie McCormick has worn almost every hat in the Emergency Communications Center — from front line 9-1-1 Operator to Executive Director. She has served in the local, state and national arenas for public safety communications and services, and worked with small to large ECC personnel.
Owing to her experience training hundreds on the use of ECC systems and programs on both sides of the radio, and her role as internal project manager for several systems’ provisioning and implementation phases, including CAD/RMS, she serves as a subject matter expert for the Gold Line CAD & RMS.
Understanding the day-to-day needs from the field to the headset allows Robbie to make a true difference in the comprehensive functionality and usability of the Gold Line CAD & RMS. Knowing that providing a quality product as a service assists her in addressing one of the primary administrative issues — costly and hard to manage vendor maintenance agreements.
